Thornham Magna is approximately 3.5 miles from Eye, Suffolk and close to Thornham Estate, Thornham Hall and Thornham Walks. It is the sister village of Thornham Parva, and both villages were mentioned in the Magna Carta. There is a wonderful Parish Hall dating from 1924 (that is available for hire) and the Four Horseshoes, a grade II* listed pub dating from the mid to late 15th century.
